Tico Canato
Tico Canato is a visual artist and art director with over 25 years moving effortlessly between street art, advertising, fashion and the corporate world — building an authorial language where aesthetics, identity and purpose meet.
He's the creator of Ondi, the emblematic character that carried his work from the street to galleries and institutions like the Pinacoteca, in Brazil and abroad. As an art director he has shaped brands like John John and Opera Rock, with clients including Colcci, Coca-Cola, Renner and Riachuelo.
On the global stage he has represented Brazilian urban art at SXSW in Austin across three editions. And through his social project Arte Move o Mundo, he takes art into communities as a tool for transformation — building bridges between the creative universe and the real lives of people and places.
